About the role
- We are looking for an AI Deployment Strategist to join our Client Success and Strategy (CSS) team.
- This role combines the first-principles problem solving of product and business operations teams, the depth of a technical product manager, and the relationship ownership of a strategic account executive.
- While this is a remote position open to candidates across the United States, we expect employees to work consistently from a single, fixed location within the US.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Lead AI deployment projects from kickoff through go-live, including defining detailed technical requirements for configuration and integration work
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders from end users to executives
- Build systems and playbooks that scale the CSS function and Fathom
- Build with AI tools to improve client experience and team efficiency
Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or Epic integrations
- Technical proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages, troubleshooting software, and debugging integrations
