Responsibilities
- Develop analyses, reports and visualizations that make complex data easier to understand
- Support dashboards and recurring performance reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Partner with marketing teams to understand business questions and determine how data can help answer them

Requirements
- Rising Senior working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
- Required Professional Expertise:
- Required skills and experience
- Basic proficiency with common digital tools and technologies (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, or relevant technical tools), with willingness to learn new systems
Nice to have
- Experience working with datasets through coursework, projects, internships, or student organizations
- Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights
- Experience creating charts, dashboards, or visual presentations to communicate findings
- Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics, database, or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated curiosity about how businesses measure success and use data to make decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data
- Ability to take a business question, analyze relevant data and communicate what the data means
Compensation
- The pay range for the position will be $30/hour based on a full-time schedule working 40 hours a week.
