About the role

Responsibilities

  • This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership-requiring both a big-picture mindset and the ability to deliver tangible results.
  • Lead the regional Innovation Hub strategy, translating global direction into a scalable operating model that drives end-to-end, solution-based engagement.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen presence in key growth segments, and deliver measurable impact across revenue, pipeline, and customer adoption.

Requirements

  • You combine technical and commercial expertise with strong leadership capability and a passion for driving change.
  • 7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
  • Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs
  • Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
  • Regional and some global travel required
