About the role

Responsibilities
- This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership-requiring both a big-picture mindset and the ability to deliver tangible results.
- Lead the regional Innovation Hub strategy, translating global direction into a scalable operating model that drives end-to-end, solution-based engagement.
- Build and lead capability
- Drive growth and market impact
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen presence in key growth segments, and deliver measurable impact across revenue, pipeline, and customer adoption.
- Optimize resource utilization across regional and global teams while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in delivery.
- Lead through influence
Requirements
- You combine technical and commercial expertise with strong leadership capability and a passion for driving change.
- 7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
- Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments
- Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs
- Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- Regional and some global travel required
