About the role
- All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A.
- Report to work station as scheduled and on time.
Responsibilities
- Set condiment station and maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy. Understand and comply with all information security policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers and staff.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the Casino for a lengthy period of time - up to six (6) hours.
- Must be able to carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Must have the ability to work indoors.
- Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment.
- Each position has varying minimum qualifications.
Nice to have
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Must be able to work in a fast pace, busy and noisy environment.
- Six (6) months previous food and beverage experience in an upscale outlet.
- Excellent guest relation skills and an ability to be attentive and anticipate all guest needs are necessary.
Skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Compensation
- $10.70 Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.
