Lead day-to-day legal administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality support
Partner with legal leadership to align staffing, priorities, and operational objectives
Manage, coach, and develop administrative teams to drive performance and engagement
Support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a strong, scalable team
Proven ability to manage priorities, allocate resources, and drive operational efficiency
As a Legal Administrative Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading administrative support for our Legal team-ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal or administrative setting
5+ years supporting legal operations in a law firm or legal department environment
3+ years of leadership experience managing administrative or operational staff
Strong understanding of legal workflows and administrative support functions
