Responsibilities
- Perform removal and replacement of BGA and bottom termination components Perform reword/repair of pads, traces, and barrels; SMT and through hole components; masks, bonding, and conformal coat; and other repairs, often under a microscope or over a hot plate.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize/organize several activities to meet daily requirements and work overtime when needed Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of personnel throughout manufacturing required.
- Ability to use visual aids, complicated drawings to verify quality products.
Nice to have
- Ability to obtain IPC7711/7721 Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of experience with electronic components preferred IPC Certification Experience soldering lead-free components
