- Micron's Global Facilities team is responsible for the planning, development, construction, and operation of elite semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure across Micron's global network.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, construction, and operations of semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure across Micron's global network.
- Manage large-scale projects, including U.S. Greenfield FABs, with a focus on engineering innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Manufacturing, IT, Procurement, Construction, O&M, and other teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Implement guidelines and standard methodologies across global sites for construction, development, and operations.
- Support advanced memory and storage production through robust infrastructure development.
- Integrate sustainability principles into facility design and operations, supporting corporate environmental goals.
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in Facility I&C/ELV design and engineering for Semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
- The team leads large-scale projects-including U.S. Greenfield FABs-by integrating engineering innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- Their work supports advanced memory and storage production through reliable, efficient, and scalable facility systems!
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the time, up to 30% during critical project phases.
- Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different subject areas
