About the role
- This role is part of a perinatal behavioral health initiative focused on closing the gap between screening and engagement in Behavioral Health services.

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:
- Perform multiple outreach attempts and maintain follow-up as appropriate
- Build trusting relationships through culturally responsive and trauma-informed communication
- Provide brief, non-clinical emotional support to patients experiencing perinatal depression or social isolation
- Support the development and refinement of the Calm & Connected Toolkit, including patient-facing materials and outreach tools
- Support translation and adaptation of materials into multiple languages

Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Nice to have
- Experience using outreach tools such as phone, text, or community-based engagement
- This position operates in a professional office and clinic environment.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing administrative and computer-based tasks.
- Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds (such as files, office supplies, or small equipment).
- Must have adequate visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform essential job functions.
- May occasionally move between clinic and administrative areas and be exposed to a typical clinical setting.
- Expected to follow all NeighborHealth and OSHA safety policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and ergonomic work environment.
Compensation
- Salary: Starting at $22/hr up to $33/hr based on experience

- Director of Women's Health Initiatives
- Community Health Worker (CHW) certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community health, outreach, behavioral health support, or related field
