Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic operations and clinical care delivery, addressing acute and chronic participant needs and partnering with the interdisciplinary team to support smooth transitions of care
- Support participants and families in resolving care-related concerns and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
- Have oversight of clinic operations in addition to developing workforce plans, while occasionally stepping in when RN support is needed

Requirements

Nice to have
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license with which you practice required
- bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
Compensation
- consists of base salary plus bonus.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
