Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes and complete work accurately.
  • The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, curious, and improvement-oriented, with the ability to follow standard work while also identifying opportunities to improve it.

Nice to have

  • Experience assembling electro-mechanical components or similar products.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or problem-solving methods.
  • Experience using digital tools for production tracking or reporting.
