About the role
- Generating and advancing opportunities through the entire sales cycle utilizing a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Working with top performing real estate agents and brokerages directly via phone, email, and in person helping them adopt CINC's full-service lead generation and CRM software and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of quota carrying sales experience for external hires.
- Track record of 100%+ quota attainment

- We believe that real estate agents are essential to the home buying and selling process - one of the biggest like decisions people make.
- Ideally, they would have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals selling SaaS-based software into the SMB market.
- Software as a Service (SAAS) experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Sold licenses/subscriptions to the SMB market with demonstrated ownership of territory management.
- Experience managing and closing both transactional as well as complex sales.
