Responsibilities

  • Transact + CBORD is seeking an experienced Internal & External Communications Manager to own and elevate our corporate communications strategy.
  • This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Executive Leadership, and external partners to ensure consistent, compelling, and compliant messaging across all external and internal channels.
  • This role works closely with the extended Marketing team, Sales, and Product Marketing to develop and amplify messaging across internal and external channels.
  • The Internal & External Communications Manager also partners with Human Resources on employee engagement initiatives and collaborates regularly with senior and executive leadership on thought leadership and company announcements.
  • and Duties Public Relations & External Communications Own and manage all public relations activities, including press releases, announcements, bylines, awards, media inquiries, and executive communications.
  • Lead internal review, editing, feedback consolidation, and approval workflows for all press releases, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging standards, legal requirements, and partner obligations.
  • Partner with Social Media and Brand teams to amplify PR announcements across owned channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic alliance partners, and external PR agencies.
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for PR, internal communications, and sales enablement processes.
  • Sales Enablement Communications Develop and distribute sales enablement communications tied to press releases, product announcements, partnerships, and company milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, external communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
  • Proven experience managing press releases and complex approval processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting sales enablement or internal communications initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, HubSpot, SharePoint, etc. or similar tools.
  • These functions are the fundamental job duties required for successful performance.
