About the role

  • The Dispatcher will play a vital role in intake, triage and access to care for Cityblock's members across the country, 24/7.
  • The Care Traffic Control center coordinates the flow of in-field and virtual resources, connecting members with medical providers and care staff in a matter of minutes.
  • Dependent upon the assessment of immediate needs, Dispatchers coordinate services and link members to care resources for prompt resolution or near-term follow-up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience must have Paramedic or EMT license
  • The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.

Nice to have

  • 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Each shift includes a 30-minute break.
  • We welcome candidates across U.S. time zones.
  • Candidates in Eastern and Central time zones are preferred, though Mountain and Pacific time zone candidates will be considered as long as they can consistently commit to the required schedule.

Compensation
