Responsibilities

  • Lead tax and transfer pricing initiatives, optimization, and transformational activities.
  • Manage global tax audits, inquiries, and disputes, working proactively with tax authorities and external advisors.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing global tax organization
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, tax policies, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive tax leadership experience, including significant experience with a multinational organization.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax, including tax accounting under US GAAP and working knowledge of statutory reporting.
  • Strong track record of partnering across functions and supporting executive leadershi
  • Experience with reporting environments.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Expert knowledge of global tax regulations and transfer pricing requirements
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into actionable business insights.
  • High degree of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and regulatory matters.
  • Must have strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Must be creative in ambiguous situations.
  • Education and Experience
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex cross-border issues, audits, and external advisor relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification
  • Master's in Taxation or other related field preferred.

Compensation

  • Direct all aspects of tax accounting under U.S. GAAP, including quarterly and annual tax provisions.
