Responsibilities
- Scent: Harnessing the full emotional power of scent, driven by pioneering creativity, science, consumer expertise and a mindful approach to fragrance design.
- We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.
- Analyze current market and fragrance trends to support innovation and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assess consumer preferences and translate insights into fragrance recommendations.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to perfumers to support formula optimization.
- Maintain full awareness of regulatory requirements impacting fragrance development.
- Support fragrance submissions, sample preparation, and documentation as needed.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in fragrance evaluation, sensory analysis, or perfumery support.
Requirements
- Strong sensory evaluation skills and the ability to assess olfactive performance with accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable fragrance direction.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance to perfumers and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of global regulatory frameworks related to fragrance safety and compliance.
Compensation
- $60,000- $70,000 anually
- Salary Ranges:
- 61,558.00ㅤ-ㅤ87,940.00ㅤUSD
