About the role
- As a Journeyperson Plumber with DNM Plumbing & Heating, you'll work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mechanical projects throughout the Algoma District.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records
- Share in the success you help create through a performance-based incentive structure that rewards both individual and company achievements
- Opportunities to mentor and support apprentices

Requirements
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installations, and service work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Support and mentor apprentices when required
Nice to have
- Experience with hydronic heating systems
- Gas Technician certification considered an asset
- Experience mentoring apprentices and supporting team development
