Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years Project Management experience required
- Lead Project Manager must be able to and want to mentor junior PMs.
- Must have recent Jira experience.
- Must have agency experience working for multiple clients.
- Must be Local/Nearby states
- Must have project management experience in SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional certification preferred
Skills
- The ability to provide mentorship and management to the PMO
- Experience with Requests for Proposal preferred
- Leadership
- keep project resources motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions
- Analytical
- Employee will need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.
- Employee will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT infrastructure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
