About the role
- Your influence and impact will span all aspects of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations, ensuring we meet the increasing demand for our innovative products.
- Scale production: You will work closely with other top leaders from the company to scale our manufacturing capabilities.
- Current plans are to more than 5X output in 2026 and even faster growth in 2027 with potentially a 2nd production site.

- Proven experience as a leader with hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain management.
- You're deeply analytical, with a proven track record of using data to inform every decision.
- You have experience leading and motivating high-performance teams.
