Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
- Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.
- Support environmental commitments by acquiring the knowledge, skills, and values to be a leader in the global goal of "greening" the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- US work authorization required.
- Minimum 6 months previous bartending experience in a similar setting required.
- Solid knowledge of wines and craft cocktails is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make concise decisions.
- Complete all required training within the timeframe allotted.
Nice to have
- Previous hotel/resort experience (preferred).
- Alcohol & Food Safety certification is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
