Responsibilities
- Train and develop employees in areas concerning chemical processing, environmental and safety.
- Implements and actively supports the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives.
- Implements safety and good housekeeping standards.

Requirements
- Required: Associate degree and\or equivalent experience in manufacturing, supervision or industrial chemicals
- 1+ years s upervisory experience
- Required:
- Understanding of basic chemistry
- Preferred:
- Scope Factors
- Compliance in adhering to all of Allison's Safety PPE. Safety-Toe shoes, Eye protection, hearing protection, chemical gloves.

Nice to have
- 1+ years working in industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge of industrial chemicals and their interaction with metallurgy
- Experience working with Excel and Power Point
- Confident and capable of handling small amounts of chemicals
- Compliance in adhering to all of Allison's Safety PPE.
