About the role

  • You will also serve as a trusted technical resource for internal and external teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through the resolution of technical issues raised by customers and internal teams for both new and existing brands, partnering with our Product team on any escalations
  • Function as an expert technical resource for executing "best practices" and informal customer questions

Responsibilities

  • As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the onboarding and implementation process for new brands, ensuring a smooth and successful integration onto the PebblePost platform.
  • You will provide a high level of technical support for your assigned book of business, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring campaigns run as expected.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new brands, leading implementation and onboarding, including solution design, JavaScript tag deployment, CRM integration, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage onboarding timelines and deliverables to ensure they are accurate, on schedule, and aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback that shapes the platform through bug fixes, future products, and features
  • Deliver product and campaign support by promptly addressing and resolving technical issues, ensuring efficient escalation when necessary

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
  • Intermediate proficiency with JavaScript and Chrome Developer Tools for debugging code placed on web pages
  • Experience with the Google Suite, Query Editors, JIRA, and Confluence tools
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Compensation

  • Low: $115,000 - High: $130,000
