- Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 This is a full time travel position, with a rotation cycle of 30 days on-site and 5 days off.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with field team members to conduct frequent quality control checks and resolve deficiencies in real time.
- Collaborate with Ideal Preconstruction/QC teams to support inspections and final approvals.
- Trade Partner & Ideal Crew Oversight Supervise and direct trade partner, ensuring understanding of scope, schedule, and expectations.
- Provide feedback on trade partner performance and communicate issues to the Ideal Operations Team Confirm delivery, quantity, protection, and staging of all roofing materials.
- Maintain organization and accountability for tools and equipment on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized field log with weather, production, safety, and manpower notes.
- The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader for Ideal crews and trade partners, managing jobsite activities and representing Ideal professionally with clients and general contractors.

- Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Project Leadership & Execution Lead and manage on-site roofing operations from mobilization through project closeout.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Roofing Manufacturing details and expectations.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Communication & Documentation Submit accurate and timely daily reports, as required, using Procore, Smartsheets, or other tracking systems.
- Communicating clearly, respectfully, on time, and as required to set needs and expectations.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Experience working with data centers, warehouses, freezer/cold storage, manufacturing facilities, and reroofing projects is highly preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred (required during training process).
Compensation
- $75,000 - $105,000 This is a full time travel position, with a rotation cycle of 30 days on-site and 5 days off.
