About the role

Independently managed the day-to-day execution of the deal desk function, successfully guiding high-value and strategic deals through the sales cycle.
Developed expertise in our pricing models, discount frameworks, and approval policies, proactively resolving deal-related issues and sales escalations.

Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate document review while maintaining final human judgment.
Partner with internal teams to design pricing proposals, discount constructs, and commercial terms that align with business objectives.

3+ years of experience supporting or managing a Deal Desk/Business Desk at a complex SaaS organization.
Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategy, and commercial governance.
Experience working closely with GTM, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate complex deal execution.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach and the ability to balance speed with compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple deals in parallel, especially during high-volume periods such as month-end and quarter-end.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment.
