Responsibilities

- Strategic & Operational Support
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CAO, driving execution of department priorities and organizational goals.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives - including finance transformation, process automation, and system upgrades - in support of the company's rapid growth.
- Analyze financial and operational data to surface strategic recommendations and drive performance improvements.
- Partner with FP&A, Business Technology, Operations, and Sales on cross-functional initiatives and process optimization.
- Drive engagement, communication, and team-building across the broader Controllership organization.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and hiring in partnership with HR.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, with exposure to controllership functions.
- Prior experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A, or a business partnership role is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex financial and accounting concepts into clear, accessible communication.
- Proven track record of building and implementing new processes with a hands-on approach.
- A versatile self-starter who is energized by ambiguity, fast-moving priorities, and cross-functional collaboration - someone who sees wearing multiple hats as an opportunity, not a constraint.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with robust cross-functional experience.
- Resourceful in data mining, with strong modeling skills to uncover insights and drive informed decisions.
