About the role
- INDUSTRIALIST HOTEL 124 rooms | 1,277 sq. ft. event space Amenities include: signature restaurant (The Rebel Room), social lounge, fitness center, in-room dining, valet parking, conference & lounge areas.
- With prime access to shops, local restaurants, the Business District, riverfront trails, and convenient public transit, the property provides an engaging environment for hospitality professionals passionate about dynamic, urban hospitality.
- The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations of restaurant, bar, and/or banquet areas.
Responsibilities

- This role supports team members, ensures service standards are met, maintains cleanliness and organization, and contributes to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of food and beverage experience.
Nice to have
- Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
- Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
- Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
