About the role
- UJA is seeking a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department.
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating integrated marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and coordination of events and integrated marketing initiatives developed and led by Marketing Managers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across all channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, digital, social, and web
- Develop and maintain campaign schedules and workback s, and ensure all project details are captured in our project management tool, to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, approvals, and assets across internal teams and external partners
- Support campaign reporting by compiling results, tracking performance metrics, and preparing post-campaign summaries
- Maintain campaign documentation, reporting files, and dashboards
- Maintain marketing documentation, templates, and administrative records to support efficient project delivery
- Support the coordination of vendor administration, invoices, and other departmental administrative requirements as needed
- Assists with maintaining departmental calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating other administrative activities to support the team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project coordination
- Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
Compensation
- $62,00-$67,000 annually, based on experience.
