About the role

OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Managing Director, Investments, the successful candidate will fill the full time position of Analyst, Real Estate Investments in Toronto.
Assist in the development, interpretation, and communication of financial models underpinning new and existing land acquisitions related to future development and construction projects.
Provide key strategic insights through the use of quantitative and qualitative data (on a location and market-level basis) to inform land acquisitions, development, and project repositioning.

Improve upon current, and develop new, tools and templates to streamline and standardize the project evaluation process.
Provide a wide-range of financial and real estate focused analytical support as.
Building Effective Relationships - Collaboration and communication.
