About the role

  • Semiconductor companies rely upon FormFactor's products and services to accelerate profitability by optimizing device performance and advancing yield knowledge.
  • Shift: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.
  • You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform probe tip attach, lapping, grinding, planarity and force measurement, RC testing, and final Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) inspection.
  • Perform assembly and functional testing of high-frequency probe tips.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant production documentation and travelers.
  • Identify, escalate, and communicate quality or production issues, constraints, or bottlenecks to leads or supervisors.

Requirements

  • Required to sit and perform microscope-based work approximately 75% of the time.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and protective eyewear.
  • Ability to learn, follow, and consistently apply safety procedures.
  • Perform all technical duties of Manufacturing / Assembly Technician I as required.

Compensation

  • This role in Livermore, California pays between $22.10 and $29.03 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
