Requirements
- Limited travel is required - approximately 1 week per quarter.
Nice to have
- Supervises Training Specialists, including assigning work, coaching performance, supporting performance reviews, and recommending employment actions as appropriate.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Perform other assignments as required by company needs or management direction.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources development or a related field required.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree,
- Minimum five years' progressive experience in training facilitation and/or operations management required.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate effectively with others.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Skills
- Use manual skills requiring motor coordination and finger dexterity for significant portions of daily work.
