About the role

  • Located in the Greater Denver Area, the position offers direct involvement in an ongoing ERP migration project and the chance to shape platform governance while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Professionals with a background in enterprise resource planning administration, particularly within manufacturing or asset-intensive industries, will find this role aligned with their expertise in system stability, security, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access controls, security roles, and compliance audits to uphold system integrity and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to refine workflows, troubleshoot approval processes, and support process standardization efforts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving application issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely solutions.
  • Lead release management activities including testing, deployment coordination, and documentation to support continuous platform enhancements.
  • Evaluate the current ERP environment to identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices that reduce dependency on external partners.
  • Support end-user training initiatives and maintain comprehensive system documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and user adoption.
  • Experience partnering with business users and cross-functional teams to support and improve ERP processes.
  • Ability to assess and optimize ERP platform performance and governance, particularly in manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive contexts.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing ERP security roles, permissions, and compliance within enterprise business applications.
  • Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, and Power Platform tools including Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of OData services, Data Management Framework, ERP integrations, and middleware solutions.
  • Experience in industries such as renewable energy logistics, construction services, or distribution.
