About the role
- Your job is simple to say and hard to do: when a plan turns into a list of things that have to happen in the real world, you're the one who makes them happen, on time, and nobody has to check.
- Quick examples could include onboarding new evangelists, sending a gift basket to a celebrity investor or jumping on a real-time cultural marketing moment before it slips by.
- This is a ground-floor coordinator seat, which means two things.
Responsibilities
- Finding and managing the makers, fabricators, fulfillment partners, and couriers. Negotiating with vendors and keeping activation budgets to the number. Building the vendor bench so we're not starting from zero every time.
- The evangelist machinery - Our evangelists are multi-hyphenates who loved Flow before we ever spoke, and they carry us into rooms we'd never reach on our own.
- This part shrinks as we build the team, and you'll help shape what that team looks like.
Requirements
- You have taste and an eye for detail.
- You can tell the difference between a gift that lands and one that's forgettable, and it bothers you when something's off by a little.
- Roughly 3-6 years of doing this kind of work.
- If you've got less but you can show you've pulled real things off, say so.
Skills
- Wispr Flow is making it as effortless to interact with your devices as talking to a close friend.
Company info
- You're organized to a fault and you don't drop things. In a program with this many moving pieces, a dropped ball is the fastest way to lose trust, and you're the person who doesn't drop them.
- You keep a clean spreadsheet without being told to. Budgets, trackers, and status lists don't scare you, and you actually like being the person who knows the real number.
- You have taste and an eye for detail. You can tell the difference between a gift that lands and one that's forgettable, and it bothers you when something's off by a little.
- You've been the reliable one on real things. Events, activations, gifting, production, brand or partnership work. Maybe you weren't running the whole show yet, but you were the person who made sure it actually happened, and you're hungry to own more.
- You move fast and you're fine with ambiguity. This is a hypergrowth company with no playbook yet, and some of the highest-value work is on a clock measured in hours. You'd rather ship something real today than something perfect next week, and you make smart calls without waiting to be told.
- You're happy directing and doing. Some weeks you're scoping a build and managing vendors. Some weeks you're packing the box yourself and booking the courier.
- You've worked across functions, or you're quick to. Gifting touches social, content, PR, partnerships, and events. You get how those reinforce each other, and you're comfortable using freelancers and vendors to cover the things you don't do yourself.
- Roughly 3-6 years of doing this kind of work. If you've got less but you can show you've pulled real things off, say so.
- Helping produce the partnership moments that have no template. You'll be a part of early brainstorming and, once a concept is set, you're the one who turns it into a real thing that happens.
