About the role

Operate injection-molding equipment to produce finished plastic components according to defined processes following quality and safety standards.
Operate equipment and machinery to produce parts including multi-tasking on more than one machine at a time
Interpret work orders including, written, oral and Kanban cards; keep track of production counts

Support other operators as needed and may conduct on-the-job training of other operators
Maintain records and conduct inventory as necessary
Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
