Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for any building maintenance inquiries, including, but not limited to: Renovations, Office Furniture (repair, construction, and replacement)
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources, Safety and Security, and other teams.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with hands-on mechanical, construction, or technical work in a building maintenance setting
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an irregular basis
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships and effectively communicate

Nice to have

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, as required
  • Strong comfort level with accountability and delivering results
  • Basic IT skills including the ability to use excel and outlook
  • To occasionally be available for call outs, emergencies and after hours work
