- The Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction handoff through final closeout and serve as a key leader for clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to ground-up construction or CM-at-risk environments may not be the best fit for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre-construction turnover through final closeout, managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and overall project performance.
- Partner closely with Job Leaders and Superintendents to ensure successful field execution and project alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, sequencing plans, and milestone tracking.
- Review subcontract agreements, negotiate change orders, and manage cost controls.
- Support manpower planning and operational logistics in collaboration with field leadership.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of high-rise restoration operations, access systems, staging, sequencing, and occupied-building coordination.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in active construction environments.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Nice to have
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety is preferred.
