Responsibilities
- Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
- Canva's Partnerships org spans Resellers, Alliances, Agencies, and Growth Partners - and it's one of the biggest levers for our Enterprise Growth.
- They run on the systems, processes, and data that make every partner interaction faster, cleaner, and more repeatable at scale.
- You've worked across multiple partner types - resellers, agencies, alliances, or ISVs - and you understand that each motion has its own commercial and operational logic
- Owning Canva's Partner Relationship Management platform (currently Allbound) end-to-end - the architecture, partner experience, integrations, and continuous improvement across all four partnership pillars
- Managing an onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing team - setting the bar for quality, speed, and accuracy, and building the processes that let the team scale without breaking
