Wilshire's Client Solutions team serves as the interface between the firm and its clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Support relationships with clients by providing reporting and materials that reflect a deep understanding of their investment objectives, preferences, and expectations
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to develop client and product materials, presentations, DDQs, and investment reports, ensuring accuracy
Assist with client on-boarding, initiating KYC and following through to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by showing good organizational skills and attention to details
Interest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or similar role within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients effectively
Proficiency with calculation and interpretation of standard investment performance metrics
Wilshire is an SEC registered investment adviser and required to track certain political contributions under Rule 206(4)-5.
As such, you may be required to disclose your prior political contributions.

The pay range for this position is $75,000-$82,000.
The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
