Responsibilities
- Maintains equipment.
- Must complete training that is provided that includes the dysrhythmia course and basic life support (BLS).
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Must complete the dysrhythmia course within 90 day evaluation period and maintain competency as a telemetry technician.
- The Telemetry department strives to maintain the most updated evidence-based practices and equipment needed to facilitate our goals.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures
- Must pass the all required competencies.

- High School Diploma/GED, or formal educational equivalent.
- Six (6) months direct patient care related experience.
Nice to have
- Experience interpreting rhythms.
- Certified as a nursing assistant or military corpsman.
- At least one (1) year of direct patient care related experience.
