What Is the Opportunity?
Within the Product team at Travelers, you will have the opportunity to regularly engage in unique and intellectually stimulating business problems.
As a AVP, Product Management, you will be responsible for the profit and loss of a state(s), product, or line of business, including having oversight of competitor & market analyses, financial line leadership, and influencing business strategies related to the product line.
You will leverage your broad understanding of a product line/line of business, you recognize how certain trends have an impact across multiple state(s), product, or line of business and translate ambiguous business needs into strategies and solutions.
Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
When you make a payment toward your student loan, Travelers will make an annual contribution into your 401(k) account.
