About the role

  • The BPR Manager is responsible for strategic process improvement initiatives, managing the reengineering process across various business groups, and leading a data-driven approach to process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • This role involves providing expert analysis and actionable recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance organizational efficiency in support of transformation initiatives.
  • Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and efficiency.
  • Conducting advanced data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process reengineering/process optimization, or management consulting.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and advanced analytics.
  • Proven experience in project management and Agile execution.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Experience with emerging technology solutions, including workflow design, robotic process automation, and generative AI.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process reengineering/process optimization, or management consulting. Experience in the retail industry is imperative (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and drive consensus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • Our typical hiring range is between $79,000.00 - 131,000.00 CAD Annual.
