About the role

Overview We're hiring a skilled Process Engineer for our polymer and chemical compounding plant in Morristown.
Between launches, you attack scrap, transition time, and run rates, monitoring data daily and stepping in when a process drifts out of alignment.
Supervisors and operators will come to you for answers, and you'll train them on new products and procedures.

You'll be the technical lead for every compounding line in the plant.
You take new products from design review to full production - setting formulations and running conditions, supervising trial runs, and submitting Manufacturing Feedback reports to Commercial and Product Development.
Maintain SOCs, Production Structures, and formula change requests.
Run your own trials: Lead new products from formulation through startup.
