Review and prepare mechanical specifications.

Working collaboratively with a diverse team of individuals to develop innovative and sustainable energy systems, and high-performance buildings.
Prepare Mechanical and Plumbing schematic design layout and final design.
Create and maintain mechanical equipment schedule and motor l ist.
Coordinate mechanical requirements with other disciplines involved in the project design team.
Maintain good client relations.
Basic understanding of global sustainability issues and current best practices in sustainable building design.
5+ years design experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.

Experience with schematic design, equipment selection, and 2D AutoCAD and 3D R evit.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond systematically to critical situations.
University degree, college/technology diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $84,200 - 103,000 annually for this position and local market.
