About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor provides leadership and overall direction to ensure employee success and production attainment.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills are required including conflict resolution, training, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work extended hours, weekends or other shifts if needed.
At least 3 Years of Experience

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
Certain positions may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
$80,169 - $94,380
