Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules.
- Translate field insights into actionable requirements and a clear roadmap for Engineering and Design.
- Drive the full product lifecycle-discovery, design, launch, and iteration-balancing speed with long-term scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Deployment Strategists to ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption.
- Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end-from strategy through delivery.
- Strong communicator with relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered products in production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows.
- Prior customer-facing experience in deployment strategy, solutions engineering, or consulting.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph) or workflow orchestration tools.
