About the role

  • For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,000 - 113,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goals.
  • Lead analytics projects or components of larger initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • The Business Analytics team utilizes the following technologies to develop reports and deliver insightful analysis to leadership:

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in SQL and dashboard development
  • This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with Databricks Notebooks
  • 1+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development
  • Experience with project management methodology and tools
