- Proven experience leading end-to-end development and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale data products, with accountability for strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and allocate resources across multiple high-impact initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with operational demands in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data, identify emerging risks/opportunities, and define forward-looking solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively across global teams and cultures, influencing outcomes and driving alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to represent the organization externally and internally at the executive level.
- Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
