Responsibilities
- Drive Growth as our Next AECO Strategy Research Manager!
- Working with AECO Operating teams, develop structured customer panels and executive listening programs that provide leadership with direct exposure to industry stakeholders to build organizational empathy and enable faster, more informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the AECO Finance and Corporate Development teams to evaluate the external landscape for inorganic growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in strategic market research, corporate strategy, or product marketing within a tech company or consulting practice.
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level decisions regarding product lifecycles and corporate investment strategies.
- Deep expertise designing primary and secondary research methodologies, including advisory boards, surveys, and financial filing analysis.
Nice to have
- Prior experience scouting targets for corporate development and M&A activities within the construction or technology sectors.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into compelling narrative architectures for executive audiences.
Compensation
- Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
- This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
- Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
- $122,500.00-$168,400.00 Pay Rate Type

- Product Roadmap Direction: Partner directly with VP-level Product teams to translate market gaps, competitive vulnerabilities, and emerging customer needs into actionable, multi-year product roadmap requirements.
- Bringing Strategic Customer Segments to Life: Uncover customer motivations, decision-making processes, and unmet needs to complement quantitative segmentation and show executives why customers behave the way they do.
