About the role

  • Recognizing the diversity of women's experience in today's society, our programs seek to address a range of issues in a woman's life that may contribute to substance use and gambling concerns.
  • Program Summary The Child Development Centre provides a warm and nurturing environment for children to play and learn, alongside achieving their developmental milestones.
  • The position involves assessing the abilities and needs of children, interacting with parents concerning the progress of children, and participating in the development and implementation of early childhood programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to build trust and positive relationships with families.
  • Ability to be energetic, resilient and maintain a sense of humour.
  • The Early Childhood Educator provides care and guidance to children aged 0-13 and support mothers in meeting parenting goals.

Requirements

  • A high degree of personal initiative with good planning and organizational skills.

Compensation

  • $24.91-$29.14 per hour Location: 215 Evans Ave., Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1J5 Hours of Work: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
