About the role
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer II to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize and improve existing data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Document processes, workflows, and system designs for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Compensation
- $55hr - $60hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
