About Veriswap Veriswap is a barter marketplace for trading cards, operating within the $10B+ sports card secondary market.
We're focused on creating a new swap economy because we firmly believe that the swaps market is 5x larger than the cash sales market for collectibles.
Our founding team comes from Columbia (ex-IB) and from Brown (ex-Google).

Necessary due to cross functional nature (Operations, Product, Support, etc.) aspects of work -Organized: Able to keep track of many projects at once and prioritize What you get -Front row seat of what it is like to scale a startup with PMF -Experience that would make you a great future founder.

We believe that enabling a new mode of commerce (trading) will 5x that market size 100,000 users, bootstrapped and profitable Responsibilities -90% operational (executing tasks), 10% strategy & planning.
This is a bit different from what people from consulting / IB expect from a CoS role. -Runs large and small projects from end to end (retreat planning, client dinners, show setups, partnerships with vendors, etc). -Extension of the
Establish and run operating Cadence of the company (team wide meetings, all hands, performance review process) -Help scale GTM (white glove sales, trade nights, partnerships with card shops, card shows) -Keeps team on track to achieve
