About the role
- include procurement of goods and services supporting business operations; inventory and production planning; and production control to achieve targeted quality, waste reduction, and optimal inventory levels.
- In addition, responsibilities include import/export and customs management.
- This position also plays a role in coordinating and managing business processes and cross-functional relationships across entities within a multi-company site.
Responsibilities
- The role also manages the storage, movement, and control of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials, as well as the transportation of products from origin to destination.
- As a leader, the role is expected to foster strong employee engagement by building and maintaining positive working relationships, ensuring teams are motivated and committed to delivering high-quality service to key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Planning/Scheduling suppliers/sub-contractors to maintain uninterrupted flow of materials including raw materials, components, sub-components and services from internal, local and overseas suppliers;
